1:1 COACHING ---Sessions are generally held by phone or in person weekly or bi-monthly with follow ups by e-mail as needed. ---If you are interested, please contact me for a complimentary 1/2 hour session to determine if coaching is right for you. ---Duration of coaching is a minimum of eight to upwards of 26+ sessions. ---Costs are based on 30 or 45 minute session.
